Make it Pink!

It’s a great day for Oddo Vins & Domaines, and the Pink Valley estate!

On Monday, November 11, the inauguration of the restaurant that opened its doors in Stellenbosch (home of the best South African wine production) took place; the program included many guests, the speech of our expert oenologist and manager of the estate Schalk JOUBERT, and that of Lorraine ODDO, representative of Oddo Vins & Domaines, the main shareholder, which preceded a magnificent evening of tasting of the first vintage of Pink Valley and the delicious dishes of our Chef.

News from the Domaine du Vallon des Glauges

Sunny day on June 17th at the Domaine du Vallon des Glauges, for the inauguration of our new cellar.

It was the opportunity to taste the new vintage of rosé, whose excellence has been further refined this year, thanks to the talents of Romain Baehni. The Vallon des Glauges estate is the founding piece of Oddo Vins & Domaines, our wine group; we have acquired a taste for vineyards and wine, which has taken us to South Africa with the acquisition of Taaibosch, to Rioja, and to Sicily, with the Planeta family. We wanted to surround ourselves with major players in the world of wine and distribution, by taking a stake in DIVA Bordeaux. Now that the work is completed, it’s time for tasting; at the beginning of July, we will open a bar to taste our rosé in the heart of the Alpilles.
