The beginning of 2023 marks the launch of Oddo Vins & Domaines’s long-awaited new project: Harvest Table, a cookbook that links the family’s vineyards to their local terroirs!

Through a culinary journey across five regions of the world with rich and varied foods, the reader is told the history of the family’s estates while discovering local dishes, with unique flavors inspired by the products of each region.

More than 60 recipes developed by our teams, from Catherine’s stuffed cabbage to Alessio’s involtini di melanzane alla siciliana and braised pork belly with ginger beer and mebos blatjang, will make you discover our regions and the marriage of our cuisines and wines.
